Freemark Abbey Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine is dark ruby in color and is a rich, opulent Napa Valley wine. This full-bodied dry wine includes flavors such as blackberry, boysenberry and Bing cherry with nuances of milk chocolate, chocolate berry truffle dusted with cocoa powder, aromatic cedar and Herbs de Provence. Very full with a soft entry, this Cabernet Sauvignon wine has a great texture, integrated tannins and a pleasant mouth feel. The California cabernet is aged in oak barrels, resulting in a very well-integrated sweet oak spice, adding to the overall complexity. The vintage received 91 points from Vinous’ Antonio Galloni in January 2022. Pair this dry red wine bottle with beef tenderloin grilled with Herbs de Provence or braised short ribs.
